Medusa just got a major make-over.
Tracker is the new name for our massively rebuilt control system.
While we've retained the existing database and multi-server, resilient hosting system behind it, we've totally reworked the main control areas, giving you total control over your Domains, Email, Websites and FTP, and making many of the auxiliary facilities like our fully automated Secondary DNS service easier to find and simpler to use.
Gone are the confusing menus with dozens of options, and in their place are a set of control pages that link all your facilities together in logical grouped services, and show you the full setup of your web or email services on the one page, with easy update and add functions.
And whenever you make a change, Tracker will tell you exactly what you've done, so you can be sure your instructions have been carried out correctly. No cryptic "updated the database" or "change done" messages, but instead fully detailed information written in plain English.
All your existing logins, pop3 mailboxes, and FTP accounts will still operate exactly as they did under Medusa, and no data has been changed by the rebuild - we've just been working flat out for the last three months to bring you the very best Domain and Hosting Control Platform. And while Tracker is now ready to launch, we're not stopping here, expect to see lots of new services and facilities being added in the coming months too.
